Every device is real, physical Android hardware — racked, powered, and managed in our facilities. We never use emulators or virtualized devices.

How fast can I get a device provisioned?

Minutes. Provision from the dashboard and a dedicated device is assigned to your account immediately, ready for remote control.

What happens if hardware breaks?

Hardware maintenance and replacement is included in your subscription. If a device fails, we replace it — you keep working.

Can I bring my own proxy, or do I need yours?

Either. Bring your own residential or mobile proxy at no surcharge, or use a PhoneFleets-managed proxy per device — your choice, per device.

What's included in the price?

Every device includes role-based access control, full audit logs, and remote control — no add-ons required for the core platform. Session recording is opt-in, with 50 free hrs/mo at 7-day retention per device, then metered per hour.

Do you support iOS devices?

Not yet. PhoneFleets currently runs real, physical Android hardware only. iOS support is on our roadmap.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Accepted Answer

Cancel any time from your dashboard, with no early-termination fees. Your devices stay active for the rest of your current billing period, and cancellation takes effect at the end of it. We don't offer refunds for time remaining in a period you've already paid for.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees — you only pay the per-device subscription price.

How is PhoneFleets different from BrowserStack or AWS Device Farm?

Those platforms are built for short, shared test sessions — you queue for a device, run a test, and give it back. PhoneFleets gives you a dedicated device that's exclusively yours, running continuously, for ongoing operations rather than one-off test runs.

Is PhoneFleets a tool for abuse or ban evasion?

No. PhoneFleets is built for legitimate mobile operations — QA teams validating on real hardware, agencies running client accounts, and enterprises that need auditable, role-based device access. Every device is a dedicated, real device with a full session and audit trail, not an anonymization tool.

Where are the devices physically located?

Devices are hosted and maintained in our own facilities, physically located in mainland Spain and the Canary Islands (Tenerife) today. You can see the device location from your dashboard, and we add regions as demand grows.

Is there an API?

Not yet. Every device is fully controllable remotely today from the dashboard. API access for programmatic provisioning and control is on our roadmap.

In practice, yes — PhoneFleets is a phone farm of real, physical Android devices you control remotely.
